Acceptable Use Policy

Why this matters

Card networks (Visa, Mastercard) and our acquiring partners (FAC PowerTranz, Sagicor MPGS) require us to monitor what businesses we serve and what transactions we process. Violating this policy can result in account termination and held settlements.

Enforcement

What happens if you violate this policy:

  • First-time minor violation: warning + remediation request, with a deadline.
  • Repeated or material violation: hold on settlements, account suspension, full reserve held against future chargebacks, termination, MATCH listing where applicable.
