What happens after the Pro free trial ends?+
Every new merchant gets a 3-month free Pro trial automatically. When it expires, you can upgrade to keep AI features, or continue on Free with all core payment features still available. No disruption to payment processing.
What is FraudGate?+
FraudGate is our AI fraud detection engine, included free on all plans. 10 layers of real-time fraud checks including ML scoring, cross-merchant correlation, device fingerprinting, and velocity monitoring.
What AI features are included in Pro?+
Pro unlocks: auto-generated dispute responses, plain-English risk explanations, weekly business reports, BNPL customer advisories, and anomaly narration.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately.
What currencies do you support?+
JMD and USD are supported today, with more Caribbean currencies on the roadmap. Multi-currency settlement lets you receive funds in your preferred currency.
How quickly do I get paid?+
Standard settlement is T+2 (two business days) into your linked Jamaican bank account. Enterprise customers can negotiate faster settlement. Platform advances are available for eligible merchants.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
No minimums, no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime. Enterprise customers may have custom terms.
